Account and sign-in

Usernames, display names, and hashed passwords are stored on Cloudflare. Plain passwords and recovery codes are not kept in the database. Sessions last 24 hours and can be logged out from any private page

If you forget your password

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and use your username and recovery code to set a new password. Recovery codes are single-use. After recovery, all devices are logged out — sign in and create a new recovery code from History

Existing members can create a recovery code at My History → Security & Account Data by confirming their current password first. Without a password, recovery code, or any signed-in device, the system will not bypass account ownership verification

Birth data and horoscope records

By default data is stored only in the browser, separated by account. You may enable “Sync online” to save birth date, time, place, avatar, and records to your account and access them from other devices. Chart calculations still run on your device

If new data exists on two devices, you'll choose which to keep before overwrite. Turning off sync and deleting the online copy does not remove the local copy. You can separately download backups or clear local copies

Chat with Nong Maan Dao AI

Enable with separate consent from horoscope membership. Up to the latest 12 messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Birth data is not attached automatically. Conversations are stored online until you delete each room, delete all rooms, or delete your account

AI background images

Only the prompt you write is sent to OpenAI after you confirm. No name or birth data is attached. Images are available to open and download from your account for 24 hours, then expired images are cleared hourly. There is a separate quota from chat; requests sent to the service count against quota even if they fail

What can be deleted

• Delete in browser: Clear birth data and records on this device. Online copies remain
• Turn off sync and delete online copy: Delete synced birth data and records. Local copies remain
• Delete conversations: Delete online messages. Keep birth data and horoscope records
• Delete account: Confirm your password to delete your account and online data permanently. Local copies in other browsers and downloaded files must be deleted there manually

The system keeps a 7-day rolling request count to control quotas, clearing entries older than 7 days hourly. Deleting an account or conversation also clears stored replies used for resending

If things don't work

Try reconnecting to the internet and refresh. If charts still don't load, check your birth data and chosen city. If AI chat or images report quota full, return after 00:00 Thailand time. If switching devices, sign into the same account and restore data via sync or backup file

Email verification and news

When email delivery is enabled, new accounts verify their email with a one-time code sent through Cloudflare Email Service before account creation. Codes expire after 10 minutes and verification attempts are limited. Only a keyed code hash is kept in the database. Welcome emails contain no password or birth details.

Existing members can add or change an email in Profile after confirming their current password and a one-time code. News preferences are optional, separate from account emails, and can be changed at any time. Marketing emails are not currently sent through Cloudflare.
